We do request you mail us a sample of your product, along with this form, a rate card, and any other information you think would be valuable in making an initial assessment.
If the respective Category Buyer requires more information and/or would like to explore bringing your product in, they will reach out to you directly. As you might imagine, we receive a lot of inquiries from brands, and not all inquiries are responded to.

Update Current Product Information
In order to provide the best information to our customers, we ask that brands keep an eye on their product listings within ShopWoodmans.com. If any discrepancies are identified, brands should first check with their current content management provider to make sure images and information are up to date. If the CMS is up to date but you are still seeing errant information on ShopWoodmans.com, or if the brand does not work with a content management system, please use the link below to submit any questions, product images, or descriptions, directly to Instacart, our eCom technology partner.
NOTE: All submissions must include the values for the scan code and manufacturer name. Scan codes must be at a universal level, no in-house products (type 2 codes) can be updated through Jotform.
