Tropical Walnut Smoothie

What you need:
* 1 c. orange juice
* 1 c. frozen chunks of mango
* 1/2 c. chopped California walnuts
* 1/3 c. tofu (about 2-inch cube)
* California walnuts for garnish
What to do:
1. Place orange juice, mango, walnuts and tofu in a blender.
2. Blend on low speed until ingredients start to mix together. Then increase to high
speed and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with walnuts. Can make up to 1 hr. ahead. Serve with straw or spoon.
