Company Policies

  • We do not accept credit cards or money orders.
  • We gladly accept debit cards, checks (subject to our check acceptance policy), cash, Illinois link, Wisconsin quest and W.I.C. vouchers for payment.

  • Check acceptance, merchandise return, coupon acceptance, and company policies are available at our service desk, are posted in the store, and are available on our website at www.woodmans-food.com
  • Woodman’s will gladly issue a refund for the exact amount of any overcharge within 14 days of the purchase. Original receipt is required.
  • Concealment of product prior to purchase will be considered shoplifting. Items cannot be placed in Woodman’s bags or any other method of concealment (personal bags, boxes, pockets, etc.) until purchase is complete.
  • Unpaid orders will be held for a maximum of one (1) hour. Woodman’s has a no solicitation policy, which includes leaving flyers on vehicles and fund raising on company property.
  • All requests for donations must be submitted in writing to our corporate office.

Merchandise Return Policy

  • Woodman’s will gladly refund or exchange any item* when returned unopened within 30 days with receipt. *See exceptions listed below.
  • Returns without a receipt may be permitted an exchange for an item at our lowest selling price in the last 30 days, subject to store management approval.
  • The return value of any item purchased using a coupon will be reduced by the value of the coupon.

The following items are exceptions to our return policy:

  • Infant Formula
    • Exchanges must be made within three (3) days of purchase and a receipt is required. sorry, no refunds. infant formula purchased with W.I.C. may not be exchanged.
  • Perishable Items
    • For our customer’s safety, we do not accept returns of perishable items, except for quality issues.
  • Tobacco Products
  • Books & Magazines
  • Alcoholic Beverages
  • Gift Cards
  • Excessive quantities of over purchased merchandise
  • Special order merchandise

Coupon Acceptance Policy

  • Pre-hung coupons are for all customers use. to ensure this, a customer may take only one pre-hung coupon per item purchased, to be used on immediate purchase. Pre-hung coupons may not be taken for later use. Coupons are of value and stealing is subject to penalty.
  • We accept valid manufacturer and woodman’s coupons.
  • Present coupons to the cashier at the time of checkout.
  • Digital coupons: Shopper ID must be scanned prior to completion of transaction. Digital coupons cannot be redeemed retroactively. The customer must fulfill all purchase requirements of the coupon.
  • All manufacturer coupons must be able to scan at the register.
  • We do not accept free item printed internet coupons or printed internet coupons
  • exceeding $5.00.
  • Does not apply to digital coupons redeemed via the Woodman’s app.
  • We will accept three (3) printed internet coupons per like item per day.
  • Digital coupons redeemed via the woodman’s app are unlimited provided purchase requirements are met.
  • No cash back on coupons. Coupon amount may be reduced to equal the purchase price if the face value of the coupon is greater than that value.
  • We do not accept coupons from other retailers (Catalina or competitor).
  • No photo copied coupons will be accepted.
  • We do not accept expired coupons.
  • Management has the right to refuse any coupon or to limit quantities.
